Refund & Return Policy

PC Concierge is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Refund/Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Service Cancellation: If a service is canceled by the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time, a full refund will be issued.
  • Service Failure: If a service is not delivered as described or fails to meet the agreed-upon standards, a partial or full refund may be issued after a thorough review.
  • Unavailability of Service: If a booked service becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Prepaid Services: Services that have been prepaid and utilized partially are non-refundable for the utilized portion.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders and personalized services that have been initiated are non-refundable.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team via email at hello@pcconcierg.online within 7 days of the service date.
  2. Provide Details: Include the service booking reference number, date of service, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  3. Review and Response: Our customer service team will review the request and respond within 5 business days. Additional information or documentation may be requested.

Processing Refunds

  • Approval: Once a refund request is approved, customers will receive an email confirmation.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be arranged.
  • Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution.

Returns for Physical Products

For any physical products purchased through PC Concierge:

  • Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Tags must still be attached to the product. 
  • Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. A return authorization and instructions will be provided.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

PC Concierge reserves the right to consider exceptions and special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, our goal is to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
