Service Delivery
For services provided by PC Concierge, the following terms apply:
- Service Confirmation: Upon booking a service, customers will receive a confirmation email detailing the service, date, and time.
- Service Timeframes: Services will be delivered as per the agreed-upon schedule. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated promptly.
- Location of Service: Services will be provided at the location specified by the customer during booking. Changes to the location must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Physical Product Delivery
For physical products purchased through PC Concierge, the following terms apply:
- Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of products. Customers can choose from standard or express shipping options during the order process.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the chosen shipping method. These charges will be displayed during the order process.
- Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Tracking Information: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. This allows customers to track their delivery in real-time.
Delivery Areas
- Domestic Deliveries: We deliver to all major cities and towns within the country. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
- International Deliveries: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and charges will vary based on the destination.
Delivery Confirmation
Signature Requirement: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, a delivery attempt notice will be left, and the customer can arrange for redelivery or collection from the courier.
Failed Deliveries and Returns
- Incorrect Address: If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, PC Concierge will not be responsible for failed deliveries. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
- Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are unclaimed or refused by the customer will be returned to PC Concierge. Refunds for such packages will be processed excluding shipping charges.
Damage and Missing Items
- Inspection upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, it should be reported to the courier and noted on the delivery receipt.
- Reporting Issues: Any damage or missing items must be reported to PC Concierge within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our customer service team with details and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage).
Delays and Unexpected Issues
- Force Majeure: PC Concierge is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and customs delays.
- Customer Communication: In the event of a delay, we will communicate with the customer promptly and provide updates on the delivery status.
